Refund policy
At Hemmify, every product is specially made after you place your order. Many of our items are made-to-order and may also be customized specifically for your preferences. Because of this personalized production process, we follow the policy below.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order within 48 hours (2 days) of placing it.
After 48 hours of placing the order, cancellation requests will not be accepted, as production would have already begun.
Refund Policy
Since all Hemmify products are made specially for each customer, we do not provide refunds once 48 hours (2 days) have passed from the time of order placement.
Refunds will only be considered if:
- The cancellation request is made within 48 hours of placing the order, and production has not started.
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect (subject to verification with photos/video evidence).
Exchange Policy
As products are made-to-order and may be customized, we do not offer exchanges after 48 hours (2 days) from placing the order.
Exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged / Wrong Product Claims
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the item
- Packaging images
Once verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
Important Notes
- Minor color variation may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric dye lots.
- Customized/personalized orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded after 48 hours.
- Hemmify reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet the above conditions.
